Delivery:
All our items are packaged with care in mind ensuring that your purchase is delivered to you in the condition that it leaves us.
We offer 2nd Class Postage.

**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS**

• All our items are unique and individual, but might not be for everyone's taste. The colour, markings and texture of the wood will vary from piece to piece. The wood we use is full of character which of course makes it unique but it is very different to high street furniture that is made to be uniform. You’ll find a variety of features; these may be from their previous life or simply the natural grain and pattern in the wood. They are “perfectly, imperfect” and that’s the way we like them!

• Please note that the photo may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of colour
due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

• Decorative items/food shown in the images are for demonstration purposes only and are not included.

**SMALL PRINT**

• As all items are unique and individual. The colour, markings and texture of the timber will vary from piece to piece
• Reclaimed wood comes with dents, scratches, minor splits, missing knots, uneven surfaces and signs of old nails or staples, old markings & brandings. With a weathered look
• All wood species can react to exposure to sunlight, changes in temperature and humidity. We cannot be held responsible for changes in the wood due to environmental factors, once delivery has been made
• We make our home décor and furniture items with wood movement in mind; however we can’t take responsibility should the piece react to the humidity of your own environment. Underfloor heating, radiators and strong sunlight such as in conservatories or exceptionally warm homes can impact on the movement and also shrinkage of the wood.

**RETURNS**
• If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase , you can return your item within 30 days for full refund. (you are liable for any return costs incurred) Bespoke/made to measure or personalised items cannot be returned.
